Within 12 hours, two leaders of different parties were murdered in Alappuzha district of Kerala. The killing of leaders has heated up the political atmosphere and created tension in the district. After the killing of two leaders within 12 hours, the Collector has imposed Section 144 in Alappuzha for two days. At the same time, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan condemned the killing of both the leaders in Alappuzha.
